BESPOKE STARTER PACKAGE
Not sure what support you need or what tasks to delegate, then this starter package is for you.
3 hours of admin support tailored to suit your business needs.
I am also ICO.org.uk registered for Data Protection purposes
and Insured with PolicyBee for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
RATES
£27.50 per hour
Local Businesses based within 10 mile radius of Sudbury Suffolk, discounted rates available.
I can provide support on a regular basis.
Help out with that one off special project you haven't got time for.
Or maybe just as and when you need support.
Regular hours available from 1 hour per month up to 30 hours per month.
This depends entirely on your business needs.
See examples of monthly support packages.
Minimum charge will be 1 hour.
Then time will be charged to the nearest half hour.
Time is non-transferable.
If you have a project and you need help, we can discuss your requirements. Contact me for a consultation and a set price.
Ad-hoc work will usually be charged after completion.
Some project work may require a retainer fee or deposit.
Strict 7 day payment terms from date of invoice.
Payment made by bacs.
Sometimes work is more complex or time consuming. Maybe I've had to use chargeable products & services. If this happens, don't worry we'll chat before work continues. I'll never charge you for anything we haven't agreed on.
Please be aware that all bookkeeping services will need to be reviewed by a qualified accountant.
Example of monthly support block bookings
5 hours per month (1-2 hours per week) £125 per month.
10 hours per month (2-3 hours per week) £250 per month.
20 hours per month (4-5 hours per week) £500 per month.
